All service packs can be used for updating the corresponding release version only - i.e. a service pack 12.00-01 requires a base installation of VISUM 12.0. The updates are cumulative, meaning that the latest service pack includes all earlier ones.
Customers with a maintenance contract will automatically receive the program updates. Service packs will not be mailed automatically.(Customers without a maintenance contract are kindly requested to send their enquiries to customerservice@traffic.ptvgroup.com.)
A setup wizard will guide you through the installation of a VISUM service pack. The corresponding setup file Update_VISUM_12.0X-XX_win32 is available for download in both packed and unpacked format. Please execute this program and follow the instructions of the setup wizard.
A couple of VISUM add-ons are located in a separate section of the download area. To get access, please type in the corresponding password on the start page.
